Philosophy
My philosophy concerning dogs and dog training has been characterized by the two foremost Swedish ”dog training icons”; Jeppe Stridh and Anders Landin.
Nationally recognized Jeppe, has with his straight, clear but always kind manner, constantly provided help and support ever since I became involved in dog training. With his vast knowledge and competence, Jeppe has taught me how to establish a good and sound working relationship with ones dog.
Anders is a renowned figure amongst pointing dog-trainers and is constantly in the top five in hunting trials. From him I’ve learned a lot of valuable tips regarding hunting training and preparation for hunting.
Despite the fact these ”icons” love their four legged family friends, they remain pragmatic and realize that the dogs main function is for working. Therefore, we humans need to work with signals that the dog understands. With clear directions and a lot of love we have the ability to train a reliable and trustworthy hunting dog.
