New talent Mette v.d.Ostalb
June 4th, 2011
Now we have a new German wirehaired pup again. This cute girl from Germany is not from just any parents. Her mother Kelly v.d. Ostalb is not less than HEGEWALD WINNER 2009. Those of you who do not know what it means, I can say that its Germany’s most prestigious trial for Wirehaired Pointers. To win a trial with 264(!?) contestants is just incredible. The father is the robust and incredibly beautiful Ero III del Zeffiro who has left very good offsprings. We are very pleased to have her and look forward to start our adventure with her.
| VGP | Full purpose trial 320 points – 1:a prize Trial winner |
| HGW 2009 | Hegewald breeding trial 232 points – WINNER |
| HZP | Breeding trial 182 points – Trial winner with 11 in “Ente” |

Kelly is a natural talent who basically has won all the titles she can in Germany. As a hunting dog, she works primarily with big game just like I plan to use the puppy.
| HZP | Breeding trial 211 points |
| VJP | Youth trial 73 points |
| V/V | Exteriour/Hair – Perfect |
Ero is an Italian male who inherited good offspring in Europe and the US. Many gamekeepers are wanting Eros type of dog and thats one of the reasons why I so much wanted to have an offspring after him.
EXITING
Its going to be fun starting training my second wirehaired pointer. The work with “Dexter” has been amazing and I have really got a liking to this breed. So with this little fellow, I hope we can live up to the expectations and do right for her bloodline. But above all, I look forward to have a good hunting dog.
